Amazon Fuse brings the Prime membership and Prime Video to customers through strategic partnerships (mobile operators, etc…).
The Partner Marketing Guide (PMG) website is a 20 pages ‘go-to’ marketing resource for Amazon Fuse resellers globally. The PMG provides guidance on launching and sustaining an Amazon offer, and must be used throughout the deal lifecycle.
Partners can access the PMG website by logging into a password protected partner portal and clicking on the PMG tile.
I led the transformation of a 30-page PDF into the dynamic and user-friendly PMG website. This involved meticulous work on wireframing, UX design, and visual aesthetics, ensuring alignment with the Amazon Brand Guidelines.
Presenting this transformative work was a journey in itself. Through three stages, I engaged with 12 stakeholders of Amazon Fuse.
Two Journeys, One Destination: PMG
Within the PMG, partners embark on two distinct journeys – ‘Start’ for new partners and ‘Grow’ for existing ones. Each path is meticulously crafted to empower partners with the insights and tools they need to navigate their unique trajectories within the Amazon Fuse ecosystem.
